Open Enrollment Registration Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation up to 10 business days before the first day of class is subject to a 5% charge of the class registration. Any cancellation within 10 business days before the first day of class is subject to 50% charge of the class registration.
No cancellations are permitted for webcast classes once the webcast login and download details are sent out. This email is sent during the week prior to the scheduled webcast. If the student has a conflict, they are welcome to view the recorded class for up to 30 days on demand. Links to recordings are sent out daily after the session concludes.
No refunds will be provided to "no-shows" or students to arrive late to the posted class dates and times.
No student substitutions are allowed once class begins.
Open Enrollment Registration Transfer Policy
Students can request to transfer a class registration to another scheduled class of equal or lesser value up to 10 business days before the first day of class with no charge. Transfer requests within 10 business days of the first day of class are treated as a cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Open Enrollment Registration Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued via check and mailed to the address provided in the class registration. Refunds for registrations paid by credit card will be subject to a 5% processing fee, in addition to the cancellation fee.
Recording Course Presentations
The recording (audio and/or video) of course presentations is not permitted without the expressed prior written consent of Critical Path training.
Student Course Materials
The duplication, reselling and/or distribution of student course materials in their entirety or in part is not permitted without the expressed prior written constent of Critical Path Training.
Payment Terms
Payments not received within 30 days of invoice date are subject to 1.5% service charge per month on past due balance.
