Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation up to 10 business days before the first day of class is subject to a 5% charge of the class registration. Any cancellation within 10 business days before the first day of class is subject to 50% charge of the class registration.

No cancellations are permitted for webcast classes once the webcast login and download details are sent out. This email is sent during the week prior to the scheduled webcast. If the student has a conflict, they are welcome to view the recorded class for up to 30 days on demand from Live Meeting.

No refunds will be provided to "no-shows" or students to arrive late to the posted class dates and times.

Registration Transfer Policy

Students can request to transfer a class registration to another scheduled class of equal or lesser value up to 10 business days before the first day of class with no charge. Transfer requests within 10 business days of the first day of class are treated as a cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation policy.
